WordLink was selected to work with Foresight – the UK Government’s Office for Science – a department providing long-term statistical information about the UK’s potential. This project represented the largest and most significant research undertaken to date, and because of design and production complexities, it required a really dynamic agency to deliver the full communications remit in the shortest time.

Our main task was to effectively communicate Foresight‘s findings to the broad international science audience and, with delivery 2 weeks in advance of deadline, you can see they made the right choice! Please see our case study to get a feel for the size and significance of this project.

• Branding, typesetting and consistency over 16 publications (some 400,000 words, over 1,000 pages and hyperlinks) and rationalisation of presentation of submissions from over 50 scientists, editorial, proofreading and interpretation.
• Recreation of graphics (over 420 graphics, 64 interactive maps for all media), plus 3 marketing brochures.
• 2 PowerPoint presentations, printed 1,000 book cases, 2,500 A0 fold out maps, 4,000 interactive CDs, and all other elements for the website www.foresight.gov.uk.
• First class project management, administration and cost accounting.
